First Alpha release for Diem 5.0

Now is the time to release the first alpha version: Diem 5.0.0 ALPHA1.
Many bugs were fixed, and documentation has been dramatically improved.
Note that Diem 5.0 is now tested with PHP 5.3. It works and it's fast.
